SILAC – McCoy’s 5A

Description

One of the most commonly used media without L-arginine, L-lysine, L-leucine and L-methionine, the four mostly commonly used heavy isotope labelled amino acids. This SILAC medium is sterile filled in 500 ml bottles. Stock solutions of each of the four non-labelled amino acids are provided with each bottle of the deficient medium to permit reconstitution of the complete medium.
