Protein Ark?s Proteus ‘1-Step Batch’ Mini Spin Columns are designed for small scale protein purifications such as those required for expression trials, solubility determination tests, screening, titering and scouting studies. These innovative columns incorporate a SelfSeal?membrane technology which retains the resin and sample in the batch incubation chamber. When the column is spun in a microfuge at 12-14,000 g for up to 1 min, the pores of the membrane dilate and the filtered eluate is collected in the bottom of the centrifuge tube.
