Unless otherwise specified, shipping and handling charges are prepaid and added, F.O.B origin. Other options are available upon request.
Domestic orders for in-stock catalog items received Monday to Thursday before 2 pm will be shipped out the same day for delivery the following day. Orders for in-stock items placed after 2 pm will ship out the next business day. Some in-stock item orders that require cold storage are not shipped on Friday.
Products are normally available from stock and Protein Ark will use its reasonable endeavours to deliver products within seven (7) days after the date on which the order was received by Protein Ark; but Protein Ark will not be liable to compensate the customer for late delivery. Please inquire with the customer service department for shipping charges to customers outside UK.
